How to fill an old classic style perfume bottle with the bulb that you squeeze to dispense the perfume?

for christmas i received one of this old style perfume bottles, but the problem is how do i fill it with all my favourite perfumes being in bottle that you cannot take the lid off. can you purchase special refill bottles in all the classic brands? i have no idea whether i can just buy my favourite perfume and hope for the best when prying a lid off or find another way. my favourite perfume being miss dior cherie in a completely screwed together bottle.
