Why do 'christians' see the 'face of jesus' in burned pancakes or overcooked tortillas, when they have?

absolutely NO idea what 'jesus' (if he even existed) looked like. There were NO contemporaneous images of 'jesus'. No one painted a portrait or carved a bust in marble. Why do some people think they know what 'jesus' looked like?
