What lotion & powder to use to avoid breaking out?

I heard you need to use a lotion before applying powder to your skin so i was wondering what kind of lotion or powder would be the best to use to avoid breaking out since i have a really oily skin. Also, I mostly get my make up from Chanel or Dior, so if those two, or any other famous brands have good organic lotions and powders that wont harm your skin, list the names please. Thank you.
