What about the first amendment?

So my mom says that I can't choose my own religion till I'm a sirten age. I'm 13 now and I am tired of having to be forced into being a Christian. I want to be able to choose. I don't want to have to suffer threw church sitting there going this is all bull. I just want to choose. I've prayed to this GOD he sais is there and this GOD has never helped me. I think he's just a bunch a bull and I'm not willing to pray to the sky anymore. It's a waist of time. I've learned in s.s. That the first amendment sais I have freedom of religion--but do I really? I'm in CO and I just want an answer--don't anybody try to convince me to be Christian cuz it's not gonna work. K thanx
